Gaylord Zach, based in Berlin, Germany, is currently the Head of Mobile Product at Verve, where he leads Verve’s mobile privacy initiatives, including the Privacy Sandbox. Previously, Gaylord was a co-founder of the second screen app TVSMILES, which pioneered cross-device programmatic advertising back in 2013. Gaylord holds a Dipl.-Ing. in Software Engineering & Microelectronics and has worked in digital media roles across Germany, France, the UK and the USA. With his robust skillset that combines software engineering, programmatic advertising and privacy regulations, he contributes vast and valuable insights to the industry.

David Philippson

Founder & CEO of Dataseat

David is the Founder & CEO of Dataseat, the transparent contextual mobile DSP designed for app and game developers. In 2022 Dataseat was acquired and became part of Verve. Previously David founded Ad-X tracking, one of the pioneer MMPs or App Attribution platforms which was acquired by Criteo in 2013. David performed multiple roles during 4 years with Criteo including GM mobile solutions where he built Criteo’s in-App retargeting business. Immediately prior, he was the founding SPM for SDK programs at Google Play. Before entering adtech, Ray was an early member of the Commercial business development team at Palantir Technologies. He holds a BA from Princeton and an MBA from Wharton, where he was a Palmer Scholar.
