Verve Wins ADWEEK’s 2026 Tech Stack Award for Best Mobile Product/Platform

We have some news we’re excited to share: Verve has won ADWEEK’s 2026 Tech Stack Award in the Mobile Product/Platform category

The Tech Stack Awards recognize the technology behind marketing that delivers — not the loudest pitch, but the stack that actually performs. This year, the jury recognized Verve for helping advertisers drive measurable app growth in privacy-first environments, powered by Dataseat, our contextual performance DSP, and proven where it counts: a global SKAN campaign with LinkedIn.

The work behind the award

LinkedIn came to Dataseat with a goal that sounds simple and isn’t: scale app installs and activations globally, cost-efficiently, under Apple’s SKAdNetwork.

Anyone who has run iOS campaigns knows what that means. SKAN is the default performance measurement layer on iOS, and it gives nothing away for free — postbacks arrive late, data disappears below crowd anonymity thresholds, and one wrong call on campaign structure can leave you flying blind for weeks. Through Dataseat, LinkedIn took on the full lifecycle: structuring campaigns and conversion schemas to generate usable postback data, decoding that data within crowd anonymity constraints, and optimizing on contextual and publisher-level signals as signal density improved.

Campaigns launched in the US, UK, and Australia/New Zealand, then expanded to India — which went on to become the most cost-efficient market in the entire program. The results:

  • 38% reduction in cost per install (CPI)
  • 39% reduction in cost per app activation (CPAA)
  • 90%+ visibility into post-install events — in an environment designed to limit exactly that

Within the first 9 weeks, LinkedIn’s SKAN campaigns moved from the setup phase — when Apple’s crowd anonymity limits available performance data — to strong cost-efficiency levels. Since then, the campaigns have continued to deliver consistent, improving results for over a year. With Dataseat managing SKAN end-to-end, LinkedIn could focus on growth while maintaining measurable performance at scale.

Why this one matters

A lot of platforms in ad tech call themselves privacy-first. The question that separates positioning from product is much simpler: can privacy-first perform? That’s what this award was judged on — measurable outcomes, at scale, in one of the most constrained environments in mobile.

It’s also the question Verve has organized itself around: helping advertisers reach and grow audiences across the open internet without depending on user identity. Dataseat is how that answer takes shape for app marketers. Instead of chasing identifiers that are getting scarcer every year, it reads the signals available at the moment of delivery — publisher app, placement, creative format, device, geography, time of day, exchange, historical performance — and predicts which impressions will drive value. The same engine runs across MMP-attributed Android campaigns, SKAN-based iOS campaigns, and CTV-to-mobile growth. SKAN is simply where it’s tested hardest, because there’s no identity data to fall back on.

That’s why this recognition lands differently than most. It isn’t a prize for cleverly navigating around iOS’s constraints — it’s an independent jury confirming that Verve’s approach to privacy-first performance holds up inside them, for one of the world’s largest professional platforms.

Congratulations to the team, and thank you to LinkedIn for the partnership and to ADWEEK for the recognition!
